245 10th Avenue is a new 12-story luxury condominum located at 24th Street and 10th Avenue in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The building is clad with panelized stainess steel, aluminum punch windows, and glass and aluminum curtain wall with in-fills of Exterior Insulation Finish System.
Scope of Services
CDC provided consulting services to Grasso Holdings and assisted in the investigation of water leaks related to panel fabrication and installation.
