This 65-story, granite and glass tower was the tallest reinforced concrete office structure in the world when it was constructed.

Scope of Services

CDC's scope of services included complete consulting and structural engineering packages for the curtain wall and cladding systems. Rigorous thermal testing to verify condensation resistance was performed on a full scale performance mock-up of the custom wall design.
