Project Description
This condominum development is located on the Lakeview East neighborhood of Chicago. The buildings are designed to take in the views of Lake Michigan and the downtown Chicago skyline.
Scope of Services
CDC (as its predecessor firm HR CDC) worked as the Exterior Wall Consultant for the replacement of approximately 6,900 windows at twin 28-story towers, originally constructed in 1961. The two-year installation was completed in 2003 (North Tower) and 2004 (South Tower). CDC acted as Project Architect for all phases of the work, including design, Construction Documents, bidding, and construction observation.
