Project Description

A 43-story Condominium with an extraordinary unitized curtain wall facade. 400 Park Avenue South is considered a skyline changing building. The facade features many plane changes and transitions with several types of fritted glass to soften the building's reflectivity. Residences feature an unobstructed, 360-degree view of the Manhattan Skyline. The base of the building is designed to provide grand entries from two streets.

Scope of Services

CDC's scope of services included the unitized curtain wall faced shop drawings, inventor model, structural calculations, and fabrication drawings for metal and glass.
