Project Description
This 264,000 square-foot museum houses the collection of 20th and 21st century art. The facade was designed with lightness and transparency as key elements, while the floating roof also took on these design elements in its aesthetic and function to provide natural and filtered light to the interior exhibition spaces.
Scope of Services
CDC performed general consulting services for this project, including mock-up testing and site observations. CDC was also in charge of the design and development of the double-wall system and curtain wall system.
