The mixed-use development consists of a 30-story headquarters, a 21-story office structure, a 10-story hotel, and a four-story retail center.
Scope of Services
CDC provided comprehensive exterior cladding consulting for the Architect. CDC participated in the Schematic Design and Design Development phases through the production of tender packages. CDC also observed mock-up testing to verify compliance with the performance requirements and design intent.
