Project Description
EF Education First’s new headquarters is a 10-story building with 300,000 square feet of space. The building’s design was inspired by the Charles River which flows nearby, creating a waterfall-like appearance.
Scope of Services
CDC consulted with the General Contractor on this design/build project including preliminary design reviews, writing of specifications, review of shop drawings, observation of laboratory mock-up testing, and performing of site observations and field testing.
