Project Description
This 110-story, 540-meter tall tower is a mixed-use development. The facade is composed of high-performance, glazed aluminum unitized and stick built curtain wall and skylight systems, with metal panels at the cross bracing elements of the building structure. PV elements are also incorporated into the exterior wall system.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a range of consulting services to the Architect including detail development, specification writing during the Schematic Design, Design Development phases, and thermal analysis of the curtain wall systems.
