JP Morgan Chase Tower (2200 Ross Avenue)

Dallas, Texas

Project Description

The JP Morgan Chase Tower, standing at 55 stories tall, is one of the Dallas Skyline's landmark buildings. This office building is the third tallest in Dallas (12th tallest in the state), excluding antennas and spires.

The building features a 7-story hole, or "sky window," spanning between the 44th and 49th floors that includes an observation deck open to the public. The tower is clad in red granite at the base and pink granite at the mid-section, and a glass vaulted top.
