Project Description
The 27,000 square-foot Latino Cultural Center is composed of two art galleries, sculpture gardens, a 300-seat theater, and a multi-purpose room. The exterior wall utilizes a "rainscreen" system, which consists of an outer panel, a ventilated cavity, and an inner skin. The clay tiles are set on an aluminum rail system with open joints.
Scope of Services
CDC provided shop drawings and engineering services for the clay tile on aluminum rail system.
