Project Description
Legacy Tower is a 72-story, 819-foot tall, residential building in Chicago’s Loop neighborhood. The tower was designed with a narrow side in order to maximize the views toward Lake Michigan and Millennium Park.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a range of services for both pre-construction and post-construction stages. The pre-construction services included providing engineering calculations for the curtain wall system. Post construction, CDC performed site observations, provided calculations, and commented on the proposed operable vent repair procedure. CDC also performed site observations to develop a critical examination report required by the City of Chicago.
