Project Description
This project is composed of a hotel, entertainment resort, casino and spa. The 47-story hotel tower was the tallest structure in Atlantic City at the time of completion. The podium includes large unitized, pre-glazed curtain wall frames with 12 sets of vertical mullions of varying angles to accommodate the serpentine features.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a full range of services for the podium area including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and complete Construction Administration services, including site testing of the pre-glazed unitized curtain wall.
