Project Description

The construction of this 6-story, 197,000 square-foot federal courthouse is being administered by the GSA. The courthouse has been designed to the most rigorous LEED standards. This $100-million building is LEED Certified.

Scope of Services

CDC provided engineering, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for the curtain wall, punched windows, and storefront. The systems are designed to withstand environmental, seismic, and blast loads. CDC engineers worked with Hinman engineers to provide the blast analysis.
