Project Description

This new, medical office building is 14 stories tall and 344,000 square feet. One of the most unique features of this building is the 14-story square atrium, which twists 4 degrees per floor about the center-line. This twist gives the illusion of stacked boxes. This $215 Million state-of-the-art building has been designed to attain LEED Silver certification.

Scope of Services

CDC provided shop drawings and calculations for the ribbon windows and curtain walls.
